Maybeury Elementary School, located in the Tuckahoe District on Maybeury Drive, opened on September 10, 1958. It was dedicated on May 18, 1959, when School Superintendent George H. Moody presented the keys to Mr. B. T. Doyle, Jr., Maybeury’s first principal.
